Spoiled Surprise

I ordered a bouquet for my wife as a surprise. A SURPRISE.

This company then called my wife to inform her that flowers would be delivered to her, destroying any surprise value.

I am very, very disappointed that this company ruined the surprise of my flowers and I will never use their service again.
