Dear Dale Lintzenich, In South Korea the ordered item may not leave at the front of door unlike Europe, US and other advanced countries. As lots of people are living at small urban area, item can be damaged or stolen. We usually make a phone call to recipient to arrange delivery schedule before dispatching with item. It's the most common ways. When you wan to send a surprise gift, we can be arrival place without any phone calls. If recipient won't be there, we will try to contact him over the phone and ask him what to do. I think we can leave parcel at the guard office of "Space Emotion Officetel" after attaching a delivery note on his front door. Please feel free to contact me anytime you want to. ===================================== ■ [dale lintzenich] delivery (2010-10-02 03:28) I am considering sending flowers to my son, who lives in Incheon--I am in the U.S. I am not sure what would happen if he wasn't home.
